I came across this organisation via Pinterest and was initially attracted by the slogans and designs, but once I discovered the meaning behind the clothes I was smitten.   To Write Love on Her Arms is a non-profit movement committed to providing hope and finding help for people struggling with depression and addiction, which has affected many important people in my life. TWLOHA began in America in 2006 and the title represents a goal—to believe that a better life is possible.  Two out of three people who struggle with depression never seek help, and that untreated depression is the leading cause of suicide.  TWLOHA can help sufferers feel less alone and has now developed from a blog and some t-shirts into tours and conferences, investing into treatment and recovery.
