It is tradition in our family to eat croissants filled with melted chocolate for breakfast at Christmas, and working on a similar theme, I wanted to try this for Easter. I'm obsessed with creme eggs and the Cadbury caramel eggs too, so this seemed right up my street.
This is so simple but tastes so good. All you need to do is wrap a creme egg in some puff pastry, making sure you've sealed all the edges, brush with a raw beaten egg and bake until golden and the chocolate has melted...
