OOTD: Stars and Stripes

I'm a big fan of layering, why wear one top when you can wear two? It's because I'm always cold but also I hate short tops, so I often wear a cami underneath which I can pull down a bit...I'm also a cardi-girl, I love that phrase, so this is pretty much my uniform, although sometimes I replace the scarf for a necklace. This scarf is from H&M and has been so useful, it goes with so many things, is great for brightening up neutrals and I love the graphic print with the stars.
