When in Rome...

I'm not going to write too much for this post- the pictures speak for themselves. Regardless to say our trip was amazing.

Things that took my breathe away-

1. The view of the Roman Forum from the top of Palentine Hill.

2. San Carlo al Corso.

3. The tiramasu!

What surprised me-

1. The amount of people trying to sell you tat!

2. The sites are all within walking distance of each other.

3. Everything was so cheap!

A few tips for if you ever go-

1. Stay in Hotel Cosmopolita (the location was perfect for everything).

2. Go up the lift and walk around the dome of St Peters and look down on the Church from above before you actually go in on ground level.

2. Don't queue at the Colosseum- buy your ticket at the entrance to the Roman Forum for both, as the queue is always shorter.
